Job Title: Sales Representative

Compensation: $150K+ (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer (TPEE) market, including competitor landscape and emerging trends.
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct research on potential accounts, and engage in cold calling to establish relationships.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly for the company's TPEE product, PELPRENE.
- Drive market development for Thermoplastic Recyclable Resin (TPRR) and generate sales and profits with new clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas, consistently closing deals and contributing to team success.
- Partner with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide ongoing account management, including support and follow-ups to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the plastics materials industry, preferably within TPEE or thermoplastic elastomer products.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation techniques, and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 70% for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
